Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using windreama. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
These six points summarise the most important aspects of windreama's Terms. They do not replace the full Terms below — please read the complete document.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use windreama. This is a hard requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. windreama will verify age and reserves the right to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using windreama, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and regulatory bodies for any disputes arising from your use of the platform.
Each individual may register and maintain only one windreama account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. windreama reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
All windreama bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Full bonus terms apply and are communicated at the time each offer is made.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windreama login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Never share your password. windreama support will never ask for your password.
windreama reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or on-site notification. Continued use of windreama following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the windreama Platform in any way, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with windreama's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms posted on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and windreama. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the windreama Platform.
Important: Clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on windreama constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment of the relevant action and continues for as long as your Account remains active.
windreama reserves the right to require re-acceptance of these Terms following any material update. Where re-acceptance is required, continued use of the Platform without completing the re-acceptance process is not permitted.
To register and maintain an Account on windreama, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by windreama. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
windreama may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in Account suspension or restriction of withdrawal privileges.
Age Verification: windreama reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification cannot be confirmed, windreama will suspend the Account and withhold any pending transactions until verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may register only one Account on windreama. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. windreama will close any duplicate accounts it identifies and may forfeit any Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance held in those accounts.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You must notify windreama immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.3 Account Activity Responsibility. windreama is entitled to assume that all instructions, bets, deposits, and other activities conducted under your Account credentials are authorised by you. windreama is not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of another person using your Account with or without your knowledge, except where such loss results from windreama's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. windreama will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. The specific fee schedule will be published on the Platform and communicated to the registered mobile number or contact method on file.
4.5 Account Verification. windreama may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. Documents typically accepted include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and documentation substantiating the source of deposited funds for large transactions. Processing of verification requests is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of submission of all required documents.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. windreama accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.
5.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits must be made using a payment account in your own name. windreama does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most payment methods. windreama charges no deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. windreama reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times stated are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. windreama complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. windreama reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse transactions that are flagged for further review under its AML compliance procedures.
Currency: All transactions on the windreama Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless a cryptocurrency option has been selected. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are set at the time of the transaction based on prevailing market rates. windreama is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. windreama may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit match bonuses, and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general bonus terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a windreama Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. windreama will clearly identify the wagering multiple (e.g., 25x, 30x) and the games to which wagering contributions apply.
6.3 Bonus Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. The specific contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Playing bets on games with zero contribution does not reduce the outstanding wagering requirement.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, windreama bonuses cannot be combined or accumulated. Only one active bonus may be held in a User's Account at any given time.
6.5 Abuse and Manipulation. windreama monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors to generate bonus credits, and using wagering patterns designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus arbitrage"). windreama reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the Account of any User who engages in bonus abuse.
6.6 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and free spin credits expire 30 days after being credited to a User's Account if the applicable wagering requirements have not been fulfilled within that period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the windreama Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence in relation to the conduct and outcome of that game only.
7.2 RNG and Live Dealing. Slot games, bingo, and other non-live games on windreama operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the relevant game providers. Live casino games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Dragon Tiger) use physical cards and equipment operated by live dealers under studio surveillance. windreama does not influence game outcomes.
7.3 Malfunction and Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, windreama reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all wagers placed on that round to the relevant Users. windreama's decision in such cases is final and binding. A malfunction voids all pays and play.
7.4 Bet Limits. Each game on windreama has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. windreama reserves the right to set individual Account bet limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
7.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you dispute a game outcome, you must raise the dispute with windreama support within 72 hours of the disputed event. windreama will review the relevant game logs and provide a written determination. windreama's determination, made in good faith on the basis of available records, is final subject to any applicable mandatory regulatory appeal rights.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the windreama Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
windreama is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its registered players. windreama recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support Users in managing their gaming activity.
9.1 Self-Exclusion. Any User may request a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting windreama support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended, login will be disabled, and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
9.2 Deposit and Loss Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their Account through the Account settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the increase is applied.
9.3 Session Limits and Reminders. Users may configure session time limits that will alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration. These tools are available in the Account settings panel and can be adjusted at any time subject to applicable cooling-off periods for increases.
9.4 Reality Checks. windreama may display periodic on-screen reminders of time spent in session to help Users maintain awareness of their gaming duration.
9.5 Minor Protection. windreama strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Users are responsible for ensuring that no minor has access to their device while logged in to windreama, and for taking appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing gambling services on shared devices.

All content on the windreama Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, sound, text, trademarks, logos, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of windreama or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
windreama grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without windreama's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of windreama's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
11.1 Platform Availability. windreama endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, server failures, or circumstances beyond windreama's reasonable control. windreama is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
11.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, windreama provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windreama's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises. windreama is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of gaming opportunity.
Gambling Risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. windreama is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the Platform. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.
windreama's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by windreama's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on windreama, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The windreama Privacy Policy describes, among other matters: the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, the parties with whom data may be shared (including game providers and payment processors), your rights regarding your personal data, and windreama's data retention practices.

13.1 Suspension. windreama may suspend an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including: pending verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected terms violation, suspected money laundering, regulatory requirements, or for the protection of the User or windreama.
13.2 Closure by windreama. windreama may permanently close an Account where a User has materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the Account would put windreama in breach of applicable law or regulatory requirements. In such cases, windreama reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or violations are established, any Real Money Balance.
13.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting windreama support via live chat or email. On voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited on voluntary Account closure.
13.4 Post-Closure Obligations. The following provisions of these Terms survive Account closure: Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct, with respect to acts already committed), Section 10 (Intellectual Property), Section 11 (Limitation of Liability), Section 14 (Governing Law), and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact windreama's support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. windreama aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve complaints within 20 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
windreama reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. windreama will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where possible, notifying registered Users via their registered mobile number or on-site notification.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the windreama Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3.
